With strong ties to the countryside and knowledge of the region, I help homeowners transform forgotten houses into prepared, functional, and valuable spaces for living, sharing, or generating income.
I was born in Salgueiral, a small village in the interior of the country, where I lived a simple childhood – among earth, flowers and goats – with a feeling of freedom that I still cherish as one of my best memories.
Later, while living in another village, I realized the impact that investment and community involvement can have on its vitality and future.
After several years in the corporate world, I came across a common reality: many people would like to return to their homes in the village, but they don't – not for lack of desire or financial ability, but because the houses are not prepared, organized, or cared for.
This project was born from that observation.
Today, I combine my knowledge of the territory, experience, and management skills to help homeowners rehabilitate, organize, and enhance the value of their homes and land – transforming forgotten assets into vibrant, functional spaces that add value to the family.
The goal is simple: To bring more life to the countryside and breathe new life into the houses in the village.

For almost a decade, I worked in product, technology, and business areas, primarily in the financial sector. It was there that I developed a work style highly focused on organization, problem-solving, and execution, enabling me to manage projects from start to finish and find solutions for complex situations. Today, I apply this experience to the management and valuation of rural assets, with a 360-degree approach: from day-to-day maintenance and operation to the digital aspects, monetization, and strategy.
